All you know going in is that the room is dark. Too dark.

YOU the game character has their memories of events leading up to being here but YOU the player need to figure it out as you go along by interacting with the world and listening to the game characters thoughts.

Dude was messing around with a simulator and ended up in total chaos/ darkness/ noise.
Maybe I need to go back to sleep since it’s still dark out? Am I hungry? Thirsty? Do I need to pee?
I would feel into what my needs were in the moment and then assess them along with the needs of the environment I awoke in.
